Daisies and more

A number of different products collaborated to create this project. A partnership between 'Oh so eclectic, Delightful daisies and fresh floral designer series paper'. I love this colour combo of Tranquil Tide and Powder pink, its quite striking. I've got a feeling that you'll see more of this colour combo from me.
From face value, this card may look a little complicated, but when you break the different components down, it's not quite so complicated. There are few more layers involved than usual, in that I have used designer series paper in between the whisper white card stock and the tranquil tide card stock. By adding that additional layer, I've added a little bit more depth to the card. Some might think its a waste of the designer paper which is so beautiful on its own. I would normally agree but I have now learnt to be more generous with my designer paper, what I mean is that I don't seem to get separation anxiety as much as I used to. Also, you can definitely cut out smaller pieces from the inside of the paper to use for another project, that wouldn't change how it looks as you only get to see the outer frame in any case. This way you don't have to feel quite so guilty.

I have stamped the daisy in powder pink and cut it out using the daisy punch, here there are two daisies combined together to create one daisy. Stamped the one set of leaves in tranquil tide and fussy cut it out, and the smaller leaves, I stamped directly on the whisper white. It was then matter of layering them on top of each other and completing it with a ribbon and a greeting. there you have it, another beautiful creation with the "Delightful Daisies".
